Sales and Marketing Coaching is a customized yet structure coaching engagement where the focus is entirely on sales and marketing. We find that many businesses struggle to grow the business and need a helping hand at times. This is a six-session coaching engagement where additional sessions may be purchased at the end to address other sales and marketing concerns.
We will first have you fill in a sales and marketing coaching assessment about your current sales and marketing efforts, and based on the answers; we will then ask you some additional detailed questions about your business. There is an initial session that is up and above the six coaching sessions where we will provide you with analysis and recommendations of where we feel you require help to improve your sales and marketing efforts . The business owner will then choose the topics for their six sessions. A final follow-up session is provided one month following your last meeting to review your sales and marketing efforts since the coaching and give more guidance to ensure you are implementing the solutions which will help you grow your business.
For Sales and Marketing Coaching, we suggest that you have been in business for a minimum of 2 years, and have at least two years of financials.
Businesses that are having trouble choosing the right marketing for their business.
Businesses who have not developed a sales and marketing strategy for their business.
Businesses who are not receiving a return on investment for their marketing and sales efforts.
Businesses who are struggling with sales and who do not have developed processes or tracking of deals in place.
Businesses who are looking to bring on sales personnel, but need to develop the processes, management responsibilities, and ways to track sales before hiring staff.
Our Process and Deliverables
A sales and marketing coaching questionnaire will be provided to the business owner.
A business coach will review and analyze the questionnaire provided and present you the analysis and recommendations.
The business owner will choose what they want to cover in the 6 sessions based on the analysis.
Each of the 6 sessions are 2 hours in length and provided through Zoom (online video).
After most sessions, the business owner will have homework to complete before the next session based on the content of the current session.
Your homework will be reviewed by your business coach and they will provide you feedback.
At the end of the 6 sessions, there will be a final session provided one month after the last session to review what has been accomplished during the sessions and to follow-up on implementation.
If additional sessions are required, they can be purchased in 2 session increments.
Our offices are located in Southwestern Ontario but we are able to provide most of our services across Canada as most services are performed remotely.
We will provide onsite services that require at least one day onsite in Sarnia, Chatham-Kent, London, Windsor, Woodstock, Leamington, Waterloo, Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph, Milton, Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Uxbridge, Pickering and surrounding locations in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. For other businesses in Canada who want service onsite and are outside our onsite area, please contact us to discuss your requirements as outside our outlined area will require fees for travel & living. For businesses in the United States, our services are performed remotely in Canada utilizing Zoom for online meetings.
