What Are Our Custom Business Consulting Services

The majority of RK Fischer & Associates' services have a strategic slant and are focused on developing goals that the business owner wants to achieve and setting a plan to make it happen. Tactical services, on the other hand, are more focused on the actual implementation of the plan, and there are a vast number of firms that offer tactical marketing, human resource, or sales consulting. Our focus is determining on what your business requires to run smoothly.

 

We have found over the years that there are times after we are engaged with a client, that they would like us to help them implement many of the services that they need.  It is for this reason that we provide these services on a case-by-case basis and ongoing for clients we have worked for in the past.

 

Any other consulting services that we provide not outlined on our website are deemed customized. We will scope out the requirements and provide you with a fixed price quote.

 

If we feel a client is better served by someone who provides tactical services or needs expertise that we do not provide, we can provide referrals depending on where you are located.  Referrals we make are based on a past relationship or knowledge of the firm's expertise, but once we refer you, the relationship/contract is between you and the referring partner for the services required and RK Fischer & Associates is not involved.
