We Provide Support During Engagements and Warranty Our Work
It is important to us that our clients get the most from our engagements. It is for this reason we provide a limited warranty to ensure that they are satisfied and also receive the support they need during and after the engagement.
Support During the Engagement
We provide "free" email and phone support during all of our engagements as it is important to ask questions and clarify while you are working on areas of your business. Our clients never have to fear making that phone call to discuss a situation that has occurred during a coaching or consulting session and receiving a bill for any time spent. That is included in the price of all of our services.
Our Warranty and Support After the Agreement
RK Fischer & Associates warranties the services outlined in the proposal and contract that is provided to the client for all engagements with the exception of Business Helpline which is an ad-hoc service with no defined deliverables. If the client has in good faith met all of its obligations under the contract, then we warrantiy our services for a period of 2 months (60 days) from the end of the engagement as follows:
- Provide additional support to meet the obligations of the agreement, or
- Provide email and/or phone support to mitigate any changes or circumstances that are beyond the control of us or the client related to the engagement, or
- Provide email and/or phone support for clarifying questions or for providing guidance related to the services provided under the engagement.
